2. App Store & Google Play Purchases
All purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and refund requests made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are managed directly by their respective platforms.
Logisian does not directly process payments for these platform-based purchases and therefore cannot guarantee or issue refunds outside the policies provided by Apple or Google.

3. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel active subscriptions at any time through their App Store or Google Play account settings.
Cancellation will stop future recurring billing. However, access to premium features may continue until the end of the current billing cycle, subject to the policies of the respective platform.
4. Direct Services & Custom Software
For custom software development services, consulting, or direct business agreements provided by Logisian, cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the signed agreement, proposal, or invoice shared with the client.
